As a Senior Client Associate, you ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service. You ll be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. How you'll make an impact Support internal and external clients by managing workflows and providing routine client assistance. Help retain clients and enhance their satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. Create and manage documents, certificates, and reports using Gallagher s systems and tools. Collaborate with production team members to meet business goals and improve processes. Ensure compliance with data, document, and timeline standards.
About You Required:
High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
