Job Summary:
- This Culinary Associate Technician role supports daily operations by assisting with basic tasks, cleaning, and organization in kitchen and operations areas. The role includes regular off-site shopping as an essential function. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and comfort working independently in a hands-on environment.
- Responsibilities for the Culinary Associate Technician includes but not limited to:
- + Clean and sanitize equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas using industrial dishwashing systems or manual methods.
+ Ensure workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for daily activities. + Stock and organize supplies, ingredients, and materials as needed. + Monitor cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed. + Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines at all times. + Work collaboratively with culinary and operations teams to keep work moving efficiently. + Perform regular offsite shopping. + Independent local travel using a personal vehicle to purchase products from retail locations. + Responsibilities include following detailed instructions, selecting items based on provided criteria, managing time efficiently, and making sound judgment calls when items are unavailable or substitutions are required. + Perform additional support tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- + High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Experience in food manufacturing, kitchens, or dishwashing environments is a plus. + Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures. + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel). + Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. + Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. + Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills. + MUST have a valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle are required.
