Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team and drive business growth through proactive sales strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence across designated territories. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within assigned territories. Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct product demos and technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features that meet their needs. Develop strategic territory plans to maximize sales potential and expand market share. Utilize CRM software such as Jobber to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance for reporting purposes. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients at all levels. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Ability to conduct product demos, technical presentations, and upselling strategies confidently. Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives. Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building. Analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new opportunities for growth.
