Job Overview Join Lycoming Archery inside EuroOptic as an Archery Sales Associate , where your passion for archery and the outdoors helps deliver an unmatched customer experience. As part of one of the region's premier archery destinations, you will serve as both a sales professional and a hands-on resource for customers looking to build, tune, and improve their equipment. This role blends retail sales with light technical work, giving you the opportunity to grow your archery skillset while working alongside a knowledgeable and passionate team. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting bows, arrows, accessories, and related gear through hands-on demonstrations and expert recommendations Support basic bow setup and adjustments, ensuring customers leave confident in their equipment Maintain clean, organized, and visually engaging displays that reflect current products and seasonal trends Perform stock checks, inventory management, and restocking to keep products readily available Accurately operate POS systems, handle transactions, and assist with phone inquiries in a professional manner Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products such as targets, releases, arrows, and safety gear Work closely with team members during high-traffic periods to maintain efficient operations and strong customer service Educate customers on proper equipment use, maintenance, and safety practices Qualifications & Skills Must have basic archery and product knowledge Willingness to work weekends and peak retail hours Desire to learn and perform basic archery shop tasks , including: Tying D-loops Installing/tie-in peep sights Crimping kisser buttons Setting arrow rests Changing draw length modules Previous retail or archery shop experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred Basic computer skills , including familiarity with Excel or similar programs Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized workspace Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join Lycoming Archery at EuroOptic Be part of a premier archery destination inside one of the country's leading outdoor retailers Gain hands-on experience in a true pro-shop environment Work alongside a team of hunters, shooters, and archery enthusiasts Access to top brands like Mathews, Hoyt, TenPoint, Wicked Ridge , and more Opportunity to grow your technical skills and product knowledge If you're passionate about archery and want to be part of a team that takes pride in helping customers shoot better, we want to hear from you.
