Job Summary:
This role involves providing critical technical support for an advertising platform, focusing on resolving complex partner-facing escalations. You will investigate and troubleshoot a variety of ad tech issues, collaborating with engineering teams to drive solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of ad technology fundamentals and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving product bugs and workflow challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve complex technical issues for external ad partners. Analyze logs and replicate problems for deeper investigation. Communicate technical resolutions and status updates to partners. Develop expertise in the advertising product suite and infrastructure. Escalate product bugs and advocate for partner-impacting fixes.
Must-Have Skills:
3+ years of experience in the Ad Tech industry. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex ad-serving and programmatic issues. Experience communicating directly with external partners in a technical capacity. Domain /
Industry Experience:
Experience within the digital advertising technology (Ad Tech) industry is essential, with a strong understanding of advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and related technical protocols.
