Description As Derivative Operations Analyst within Transaction Management Group, perform trade settlement and collateral management, including facilitating accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions across domestic and international markets, ensuring compliance with clearing and regulatory requirements for OTC products, while managing trade discrepancies to mitigate risk exposure; perform reconciliation and operational risk management, including managing complex reconciliation, operational, and settlement issues, ensuring all processes align with risk management standards and identifying and resolving exceptions throughout trade lifecycle, while implementing process improvements to reduce settlement risk; and perform industry and regulatory monitoring and stakeholder reporting, including monitoring current industry and regulatory trends related to settlement and collateral management, communicating key findings and potential risks to senior stakeholders, and ensuring Macquarie remains aligned with evolving compliance standards.
