This role is perfect for motivated who have relationships with schools, sports teams, non profits, pto's, and pta's. As a Commission Based Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence through proactive outreach and strategic sales initiatives. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help drive revenue growth while providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to clients across various industries. Duties Engage in outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, and territory management strategies. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers. Develop and nurture long-term business relationships through effective account management and customer service. Manage territory sales activities, including planning, scheduling, and executing sales visits to maximize coverage and opportunities. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales within a relevant industry. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and territory management with measurable results. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for tracking sales activities and customer data. Excellent negotiation skills paired with strong analysis skills to assess client needs and craft compelling solutions. Background in retail sales or inside sales is a plus, especially if combined with experience in technology or product demos.
