The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sales methodologies, including direct sales, inside sales, and technical sales. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through effective account management and upselling strategies while fostering strong relationships with clients. Duties Engage in cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads. Conduct thorough presentations of our software solutions to prospective clients. Manage existing accounts and develop strategies for upselling additional products or services. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth within technology sales. Requirements Proven experience in direct sales, inside sales, or technical sales, preferably within the technology sector. Must have construction experience Strong skills in account management, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships. Proficiency in software applications relevant to the sales process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Familiarity with upselling techniques and strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
