In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of eDiscovery matters, from setup through delivery, billing, and closeout. You will partner with clients to develop efficient, defensible workflows while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service. You will work extensively in RelativityOne, managing workflows such as data processing, analytics, document review, complex searches, and productions. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, managing timelines and resources, and delivering exceptional client support through proactive communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate has strong experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, and project management, with deep expertise in RelativityOne. You can manage multiple high-priority matters in fast-paced environments and have experience supporting cross-border investigations, complex discovery workflows, and the full litigation lifecycle from data preservation through production and trial support Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is expected, along with experience using leading litigation support tools such as Nuix, Everlaw, CS Disco, or similar technologies.
