Job Description

Pathfinders Telecommunications, a sales and development firm, is seeking an Entrepreneurial Development Associate to show the value of Verizon's unified network to Cypress. The merger with Frontier has created a unique value proposition: the ability to bundle best‑in‑class wireless with best‑in‑class fiber. The Entrepreneurial Development Associate will identify customers who could benefit from Verizon's bundled wireless and fiber solutions. As an Entrepreneurial Development Associate, you'll be trained in your sales acumen and market-expansion skills. Training includes Verizon Wireless + Frontier Fiber services, customer engagement, and sales strategies. The Entrepreneurial Development Associate spots underserved areas, presents Verizon's offerings, and supports sales initiatives that fuel growth. Responsibilities of the Entrepreneurial Development Associate Assist customers in selecting Verizon Wireless smartphones, highlighting features that improve communication and daily convenience. Guide customers toward Verizon data plans, ensuring clarity on affordability, flexibility, and family‑friendly options. Promote Frontier Fiber as the premium choice for streaming, remote work, and smart home connectivity. Handle customer concerns with empathy, ensuring issues become sales opportunities to strengthen Verizon's reputation. Encourage customers to explore bundled Verizon Wireless + Fiber packages, driving stronger adoption. Support team goals by monitoring sales performance metrics and ensuring sales targets are consistently met. Qualifications of an Entrepreneurial Development Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus. Understanding Verizon data plans to explain the flexibility that supports sales decisions. Knowledge of Fiber to position Frontier Fiber as the top choice for everyday connectivity. Familiarity with Verizon smartphones to guide quick upgrade and trade‑in sales conversations.

$900.00 - $1,450.00 per week
