Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Independent Sales Representative to drive business growth through proactive outside sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and expanding market presence within designated territories. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help you identify opportunities, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and close sales that benefit both your clients and your organization. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies within assigned territories Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively Develop territory management plans to maximize coverage, increase market share, and meet sales targets Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and support business development efforts Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on account management and territory management Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and analysis Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical presentations that address client needs Skilled in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, retail sales, and territory sales strategies Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making Knowledge of marketing principles and lead generation techniques to expand outreach efforts Demonstrated success in upselling products or services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Join us as an Independent Sales Representative if you're passionate about driving growth through energetic outreach, strategic management, and exceptional customer engagement.
