Modern Work Specialist

Key Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered 3+ years of proven experience delivering project-based solutions or consulting within a technology services setting Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot Capable of translating client needs into effective technical solutions, with excellent communication skills Relevant Microsoft certifications or a clear commitment to obtaining them within a specified timeframe

Main Duties:

Collaborate with project teams during planning, scoping, and estimation phases Engage directly with clients to evaluate their current cloud environment and identify modernization opportunities Configure, deploy, and migrate Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring best practices are followed Recommend and implement data management strategies, security measures, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365 Design and develop workflow automations and business applications using Power Automate and Power Apps Support the responsible adoption of AI features, including Microsoft Copilot Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful user adoption Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and identify areas for ongoing improvement Keep skills current through continuous education and training
