The ideal candidate will have on-the-ground experience in the Northeast market and an extensive network of relationships with dealers there. Job Responsibilities Connect with decision-makers at auto dealerships, set meetings, run product demonstrations and close sales in person and virtually. Develop your own sales pipeline above and beyond the leads generated by Dealerslink marketing. At least two weeks per month visiting prospects and clients in the field, throughout your territory. Work from home / office when not in the field. Develop and manage long-term dealer relationships. Continue to evolve sales and professional skills. Self-manage time in office and the field to be productive. Desired Qualifications At least 5 years experience in automotive retail management or automotive vendor experience. Existing customer relationships. Call prospecting and in-person walk-in skills. Stellar presentation and negotiation skills. Stellar written and verbal communication skills. Skilled with computers, mobile devices and the internet. Eager to travel. Additional Qualifications (preferred but not required) Extensive dealership inventory management experience Automotive dealership experience Automotive wholesale experience Experience with Business-to-Business SaaS sales
