Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Job Nimbus to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Perform product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on roofing materials, installation processes, and benefits. Lead cold calling campaigns, follow up on inbound inquiries, and develop innovative marketing strategies to increase lead generation. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients while maintaining a focus on building long-term relationships. Collaborate with management on territory management strategies, sales goals, and market analysis to optimize performance. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry. Strong management skills with the ability to lead territory management initiatives effectively. Expertise in business development, account management, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with CRM software such as Job Nimbus or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and customer data. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a strategic approach to upselling and closing deals. Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales techniques within a competitive environment. Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies. Effective communication skills for product demos, presentations, and building rapport with clients across diverse industries including retail or technology sectors.
