Base salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year. Sensory, Inc., a pioneer in embedded AI, wake words, and on-device speech technologies, is seeking a driven Sales Associate to support our growing pipeline of OEM, ISV, and enterprise opportunities. If you have a B2B tech-sales mindset and want to work on cutting-edge AI, this role is for you. Responsibilities Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calling into target accounts in automotive, consumer electronics, device manufacturers, and defined target verticals. Run high-quality discovery calls to understand customer use cases around wake words, on-device STT, and small language models, and route qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and content follow-up to convert MQLs into SQLs and booked meetings.​ Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity data in Zoho CRM to support forecasting and pipeline reviews.​ Support conferences and tradeshows, including outreach, meeting scheduling, and demo coordination.​ Learn and demonstrate Sensory's core products through product overviews and screen-share demos. Requirements 1-3 years of B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience, ideally in software, AI, dev tools, or embedded systems.​ Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed activity and meeting quotas in a high-velocity sales environment.​ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand on-device AI concepts and explain them in simple business terms. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable presenting over Zoom/Teams/Google Meet and at events.​ Self-starter who thrives in a highly dynamic, distributed team and can work independently with limited supervision.​ Experience using CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and sales engagement platforms. Demonstrated creativity in crafting outbound campaigns, messaging, and prospecting angles, and using sales automation tools rather than relying on pre-written scripts or heavy hand-holding.​ Willingness and ability to travel for key customer meetings, conferences, and tradeshows a few times per year as needed. Nice to Have Existing network or prior selling experience into a related industry segment (e.g., automotive, consumer electronics, IoT), or to AI/LLM-native companies. Familiarity with concepts like wake words, speech-to-text, and conversational agents, or prior experience selling AI/ML solutions.
