Competitive base + uncapped commission (discuss at interview) About the Role We're a growing Quad Cities sales company looking for a driven, personable closer to join our team. You'll split your time between in-office work and driving the territory to meet with restaurants, bars, retailers, and small business owners. If you can build rapport fast, handle a tech demo without breaking a sweat, and close deals on the spot, we want to talk to you. This is not a single-product job. You'll be representing a diverse lineup, which keeps the work interesting and gives you more reasons to walk through a door: Credit card merchant services & POS systems (Shift4/SkyTab and Clover) — including current promotions on free hardware and free software Private label hot sauce for restaurants and retailers Cinnamon swirl bread and other specialty bakery products What You'll Do Prospect, cold-call, and visit businesses across the Quad Cities and surrounding 50-mile radius Run product demos and close deals in person Install POS systems at customer locations and provide basic troubleshooting and support Follow up on leads and maintain your pipeline from the office Monday-Friday Build long-term relationships with merchants and reorder customers What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience (B2B outside sales preferred) Strong closing skills and comfort with cold outreach Some tech aptitude — enough to confidently install a POS system, plug in peripherals, and walk a customer through the basics (we'll train on the specific systems) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own territory Professional appearance and communication Nice to Have Prior experience with merchant services, POS, or restaurant technology Background in food service or specialty retail sales Familiarity with the Quad Cities business community Why Work With Us Multiple product lines = more opportunities to close Strong promotional offers that practically sell themselves (free POS hardware for new restaurants) Uncapped commission — your earnings scale with your effort Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off Small, hands-on company where your contributions are seen How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
