This role focuses on healthcare-related litigation, including the defense of institutional clients and affiliated professionals.Key Responsibilities:
Managing matters through all phases of litigation Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions Handling written discovery and depositions Preparing witnesses and participating in hearings, mediations, and trials Communicating directly with clientsQualifications:
