We have an awesome team and are looking for a friendly and dedicated full time account manager.

Primary Duties Include:

• Presenting the platform including app & web demos to prospective clients
• Training your accounts on how to use the platform
• Client support from demos to deployments and regular follow up
• Answering support inquiries
• Catch-all tasks based on the company's needs at the time

Requirements:

• Knowledge in iOS and/or Android mobile devices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and customer-centric mindset

Salary & Benefits:

• Hybrid work model
• Base salary of $65,000
• $80,000 depending on experience
