Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our innovative technical solutions and our valued customers. Your enthusiasm for technology, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will drive pre-sales engagement, product demonstrations, and technical consultations. You will play a key role in helping clients understand how our cutting-edge products can meet their needs, ensuring a seamless sales experience from inquiry to close. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise while making a meaningful impact on customer success.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective clients through outbound efforts including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Generate new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls. Coordinate and execute outreach campaigns, promotions, and follow-up strategies to drive engagement and conversion. Book meetings with potential clients. Applies knowledge of technology and product features to match products to the needs of clients. Answers inquiries from clients concerning products and their uses. Provides information, quotes and other specifications to clients. Collaborates with purchasing, sales staff, and NOC staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that services or products are implemented and/or distributed properly. Track and report on pipeline activity, lead status, and sales performance metrics. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School diploma, Bachelor's degree (preferred) 1-3 years in inside sales experience B2B sales experience Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite, Zoom Info., Hub Spot Technology Certifications or Sales Certifications (preferred) Strong written and verbal skills Relationship building skills

Pay:
$56,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
