Wireless Enrollment Representative:
Connect with business clients in person to assess their needs and recommend AT&T solutions. Present and sell wireless products and services to new and existing clients. Maintain and nurture client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain accurate sales records and report client interactions in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with AT&T product offerings and industry trends. Assist with internal sales campaigns and marketing initiatives. Your Must-Haves as aWireless Enrollment Representative:
Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn product offerings and systems. Previous sales or retail experience is a plus but not required.
