The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly within retail or B2B environments, and demonstrate a passion for delivering tailored experiences that meet the discerning needs of our clientele. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized service and ongoing engagement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outside sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of luxury offerings. Manage existing accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty. Develop strategic marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand market reach. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities. Negotiate sales terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while upholding brand standards. Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory expansion, and business development plans. Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities during customer interactions. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve overall performance. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales within the luxury or high-end market segment. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and develop strategic plans. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; experience with technology sales is a plus. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales activities. Knowledge of marketing principles related to luxury branding and product positioning. Ability to analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and account management strategies. A professional demeanor combined with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
