To Be Determined Job Description Hull-Daisetta ISD is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Technology Assistant to support the daily technology needs of our campuses. This position plays a key role in ensuring that students and staff have access to functional, efficient, and effective technology resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for staff and students, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Install, maintain, and repair computers, printers, and other instructional technology equipment Assist with setup and support of classroom technology (projectors, interactive boards, etc.) Respond to help desk requests in a timely and professional manner Manage user accounts and assist with password resets and access issues Support device deployment, inventory, and basic network maintenance Assist with technology upgrades, updates, and system maintenance

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a school environment

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in a school or educational setting Familiarity with Google Workspace, Windows devices, and common educational technology tools

Work Environment:

School campus and district facilities May require lifting and moving technology equipment
