This role is more than just selling phones — we are building a team that creates strong customer relationships, delivers excellent service, and helps grow the business through professionalism, integrity, and performance. As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers with wireless plans, device upgrades, accessories, account support, and store operations while helping the store achieve sales goals and maintain a positive customer experience. Core Responsibilities Greet every customer professionally and enthusiastically Recommend wireless plans based on customer needs Complete activations, upgrades, ports, and account changes accurately Educate customers on: AutoPay Device protection Financing options Accessories Home internet services Build long-term customer relationships and encourage retention Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally Follow all Total Wireless sales and compliance guidelines Store Operations Open and close the store properly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Keep displays, inventory, and accessories stocked Handle cash responsibly and accurately Assist with inventory counts and device management Follow security and fraud prevention procedures Maintain accurate paperwork and customer documentation Performance Expectations Employees are expected to: Meet or exceed sales goals Maintain strong customer service ratings Arrive on time and ready to work Maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers Contribute positively to store culture and teamwork Learn and stay updated on promotions, products, and services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Employees may be evaluated on: Activations Upgrades Accessory attachment rate Device protection enrollments AutoPay enrollments Home internet sales Customer retention Google reviews/customer satisfaction Attendance and punctuality Compliance and accuracy Expectations & StandardsProfessionalism Treat every customer respectfully Maintain a positive attitude under pressure Communicate honestly and clearly Represent the company professionally at all times Sales Mindset Ask questions to understand customer needs Recommend complete solutions instead of single-item sales Understand that accessories, protection, and retention are important parts of the business Work with urgency while still delivering excellent service Accountability Take ownership of mistakes and work to correct them Follow company systems and procedures Maintain integrity in all transactions No fraudulent activations, misleading information, or unauthorized account changes Compensation Opportunities Hourly pay Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Advancement opportunities for high performers Preferred Qualifications Sales or customer service experience preferred Wireless industry experience is a plus Strong communication skills Comfortable learning technology and mobile devices Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Growth Opportunity We are a growing company looking for team members who want to grow with us.
