POSITION DESCRIPTION
Verify and evaluate ILI data and communicate findings to management and stakeholders. Analyze assessment results and recommend excavations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures. Prepare, review, and audit assessment reports and project documentation. Perform remaining strength calculations and support repair recommendations. Investigate and resolve technical issues related to ILI data, tool performance, and excavation findings. Develop and maintain ILI-related policies, procedures, and best practices. Support the planning, execution, and validation of ILI inspections and provide technical support on ILI technology, data interpretation, and integrity assessments.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of Integrity Management and 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 Aptitude and drive to learn ILI technology and data analysis Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computer applications and large datasets Ability to present technical information and recommendations to all levels of the organization Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and minimal supervision
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of gas flow calculations B31G, Modified B31G, and RSTRENG calculation experience 5+ Years ILI Analysis or Project Management Experience Proficient in ILI data software including but not limited to Resolve, Gemini, Iview, Pigprog, Envision, Pipeimage, NIMA, Rosoft, and P6 Proficient in gas and liquid ILI operations Anomaly selection and anomaly investigations Corrosion growth methods Procedure development PHMSA audit experience Advanced Excel skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
