Job Description:

We're looking for a high-performing Sales & Partnerships Executive to help grow Remote Club, a nearshore software development agency connecting US companies with top engineering talent from LatAm. What you'll do:

• Drive new business with US-based startups and tech companies
• Develop strategic partnerships with Big Tech ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Sell nearshore software development, AI engineering, and staff augmentation services
• Strong focus on AI-driven solutions (agents, automation, LLM apps, MVPs)
• Attend relevant industry events to generate and close high-quality deals
• Build and manage outbound pipeline (, email, events, partnerships) What we're looking for:
• Experience in software agencies or nearshoring companies (must-have)
• Strong exposure to US tech/startup ecosystem
• Experience or interest in AI-driven products and services
• Fluent in English + Spanish
• Proactive, self-driven, and hungry to scale
• Comfortable leveraging events for business development
