Overview We are looking for a part-time Total Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. We strongly prefer candidates who can speak both Spanish and English to better serve our customer base. Your passion for technology sales and customer service will empower you to deliver tailored solutions that meet customers' needs while expanding your professional expertise. Responsibilities and Requirements Manage customer accounts, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities Track all sales activities and customer data. Collaborate with marketing on territory-specific campaigns Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment to create a positive customer experience Greet every customer with a friendly attitude, listen to their needs, and help them find the best wireless deals to fit their budget Go the extra mile to ensure customer happiness by offering promotions, discounts, and personalized solutions Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to build trust and long-term relationships. Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques. Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in product demos to effectively communicate technical solutions. Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans for territory growth. Exceptional communication skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in retail or technical environments. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented setting; experience in territory management is preferred.
