Duties Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels to promote Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and accessories. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly to assist customers in making informed decisions. Generate leads through cold calling, direct outreach, and community engagement to expand customer base within your territory. Manage territory accounts by developing strategic plans for business development and account management. Upsell additional services or products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenue. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. Negotiate pricing, plan options, and service terms to close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on technology or telecommunications products. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation activities. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for account management and analysis skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build rapport and drive sales success. Ability to perform cold calling, conduct product demos, and execute effective upselling strategies. Demonstrated success in business development, inside/outside sales, or technical sales environments.
