Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven recent Undergrad, with a technical Degree to train as an Outside Sales Representative to sell Pumps and Controls. Recent Graduates Welcomed and preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales, will be adept at building relationships with clients to understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Experience in pump sales is an adder and pay will reflect that. This position is salary and commission pay. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular visits and communication. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to showcase their benefits and features. Analyze client requirements to provide customized solutions that meet their technical needs. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to ensure seamless project management from initial contact through implementation. Smash through sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans that align with company goals. Provide feedback from clients to the product development team for continuous improvement of offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Requirements Strong understanding of computer networking concepts and technologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed sales goals. A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
