Responsibilities Engage with customers through outside and inside sales efforts to promote wireless products and services, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Conduct product demos and explain technical features to help customers understand the benefits of various wireless plans and devices. Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and territory management strategies to expand our customer base. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks efficiently. Negotiate pricing and service terms with customers to close sales confidently while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and territory development plans to maximize sales potential in assigned regions. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on technology or telecommunications products. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches that result in measurable growth. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities to foster long-term relationships. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly. Previous experience in territory management or business development roles is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the motivation to achieve targets and drive results in a competitive landscape.
