Job Description

As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll be the face of AT&T. Connecting directly with customers to understand their wireless and internet needs while providing solutions that are reliable, innovative, and affordable. Through comprehensive hands-on training, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of AT&T's products, plans, and customer care strategies. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll become a trusted expert in telecommunications solutions and a go-to resource customers can depend on. Whether you're helping new customers, performing service evaluations, processing activations, or building lasting relationships, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities Build and manage customer relationships through engaging, consultative conversations that uncover individual service needs. Train alongside experienced Wireless Sales Advisors to gain full product knowledge and learn effective sales strategies. Work directly with customers to provide expert guidance, accurate information, and top-tier service across all AT&T offerings. Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Oversee the full customer experience—from initial consultation to product installation and follow-up satisfaction. Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Representatives and team members to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a supportive and energetic work environment. Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications Strong customer focus and a passion for creating positive experiences. Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and systems for efficient customer management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset when handling challenges. Knowledge of mobile devices, wireless services, or internet solutions is a plus but not required. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
