Job Description

We are hiring an AT&T Representative to support our business-to-business campaign. In this role, you will represent AT&T's telecommunications products and services, specifically business wireless plans, mobile devices, and internet solutions designed for small to mid-sized businesses. This is a face-to-face, field-based position where you will actively engage business owners and decision-makers within assigned territories. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business accounts by presenting AT&T solutions, explaining service options, and closing sales. What You'll Be Doing- Travel within assigned local territories to meet with business owners and decision-makers Initiate face-to-face conversations to introduce AT&T business wireless and internet services Present and explain product offerings, including pricing, features, and bundled service options Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions Close new customer accounts and process sales applications Upsell and bundle services (wireless lines, devices, and internet packages) to maximize account value Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective business customers through follow-ups Track daily activity, sales performance, and customer interactions using company systems Attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Stay informed on AT&T products, promotions, and competitor offerings What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a performance-based role preferred Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers Ability to handle objections and guide customers through the sales process Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently within assigned territories Reliable transportation for local travel Interest in advancing into leadership or management roles Compensation & Growth Commission-only structure with performance-based earnings (average $3,000-$6,000 per month, paid weekly) Paid as a W-2 employee Ongoing training and development toward leadership and management roles What You'll Gain Hands-on experience promoting AT&T business products and services Ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development Opportunity to grow into higher-level roles based on performance
