As we expand into new markets, including clinic openings in Texas, this is an opportunity to join a growing team with strong performance-based earning potential and advancement opportunities. We are hiring 10 Outbound Call Center Representatives immediately
  • interviews this week. What You'll Do Make 100+ outbound calls daily to patients Guide conversations and confidently lead patients to schedule appointments Overcome hesitation and objections with professionalism and empathy Meet and exceed biweekly scheduling quotas Accurately document calls and outcomes in system Compensation & Incentives Base pay: $20
  • $22/hour Biweekly scheduling bonuses (uncapped) The more appointments you schedule, the more you earn Top performers consistently exceed bonus targets What We're Looking For We are specifically hiring candidates who have experience in: Outbound call centers High-volume dialing environments Inside sales / phone sales Appointment setting Confident, persistent, and goal-driven Additional Details On-site in Chandler, AZ Full-time; Monday•Friday 8:30am•5:00pm Medical, dental, vision coverage, and more!
