The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Salary Range:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs. Persuasive and persistent, with a positive and resilient attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using our software and telemarketing tools. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts and lead lists. Clearly articulate product/service information and answer prospect questions. Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on established criteria. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to further discuss offerings. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture leads. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies. Achieve daily and weekly call quotas and appointment setting targets. Provide feedback on call campaigns and customer responses to improve effectiveness.
