• WHAT DO WE DO?

  We provide a pre-screening service for our Clients in regards to various programs for multiple types of Home Mortgage products. If there is a program that the Home Owner may benefit from
• then we do a Live Transfer to the appropriate Mortgage Specialist for processing. No Closing required by our agents
• Live Transfers. We will provide the equipment (In Office Positions Only)
• we will provide the training
• we will provide the ongoing Team Lead Support staff.

OUTBOUND CALL CENTER AGENTS

Agents will be pre-screening Home Owners for various programs associated with their home mortgage. If they Qualify

• transfer data and Home Owner live to our client for processing.

• JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make System generated Outbound calls Obtain pre-screening data
• using dynamic script Make LIVE Transfers for qualified individuals Having the ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs is essential. Familiarity with basic computer software and telemarketing techniques Ability to conduct outbound calling and cold calling effectively No Hard Sales

• COMPENSATION

• Base Pay PLUS Commission Competitive Weekly Hourly Pay (Base Pay) Plus Commission (No Closing Required
• No Cap) Plus Bonus programs
