Solar Powered AC is looking for a driven Appointment Setter to join our team in downtown Phoenix. We manufacture and retail cutting-edge solar-powered HVAC technology, and we need someone to help us connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our systems. This isn't a "cold calling" grind. You will be handling warm leads and scheduling in-home or over-the-phone appointments for our specialist team. For the right candidate, this role is a direct pipeline into a full-cycle sales position.

What You'll Do Lead Management:

Call warm leads who have requested information about solar AC solutions.

Appointment Setting:

Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments (both in-home and over-the-phone).

Pipeline Growth:

Maintain accurate records in our CRM to ensure no lead is left behind.

In-Office Collaboration:

Work directly from our downtown Phoenix office to coordinate with the manufacturing and retail teams.

Schedule Hours:

30-40 hours per week.

Availability:

Weekdays are standard, but we are specifically looking for someone available to work a few hours on weekends to catch homeowners when they are home. (Weekends are highly encouraged but flexible).

Requirements Industry Experience:

Must have previous experience setting appointments.

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a dependable way to get to our downtown Phoenix office daily.

Communication:

Strong phone presence and the ability to build quick rapport with potential customers.
