Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Auto Insurance Sales Rep. This position involves contacting potential customers, following up with leads, and helping clients find the right auto insurance coverage. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable on the phone, and wants the ability to earn additional income through performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers Follow up with leads through calls, text messages, and emails Provide auto insurance quotes and explain coverage options Work company-provided leads as well as generate new opportunities Maintain positive relationships with customers
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills Motivated and goal-oriented Confident making phone calls and following up with leads Must be reliable and able to work the scheduled hours
Compensation:
Hourly + performance-based bonuses Opportunity to increase earnings based on sales performance We also Help get Personal lines license to sell Auto Insurance. We will cover the cost!
Pay:
$3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
