Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday About the Role We are partnering with a well-established medical organization (25+ years) to hire Inside Sales Representatives for a newly launched telehealth program focused on cancer and chronic disease support. This program is designed to make advanced care more accessible to patients nationwide-providing remote guidance, testing, and treatment planning at a significantly lower cost. This is not a transactional sales role . You will be speaking with individuals facing serious health challenges. Success in this role requires a balance of sales ability, emotional intelligence, and genuine empathy . What You'll Do Handle inbound leads only (no cold calling) Conduct initial consultations with prospective patients and families Assess needs, gather background, and determine program fit Educate prospects on services in a clear, compassionate manner Build trust through calm, consultative conversations Transition qualified prospects to senior closers Maintain detailed notes and activity in CRM systems (Salesforce, GoHighLevel) Sales Environment 100% inbound lead flow Consultative, not aggressive sales approach Focus is on fit and education , not pressure High-ticket service ($16K
  • 20K range) Emotionally sensitive conversations (patients navigating serious conditions)
What We're Looking For Required:
1+ year of sales, customer service, or patient-facing experience Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly Comfortable working in-office, 5 days per week Tech-savvy (CRM systems, basic computer proficiency)
Preferred Backgrounds:
