• Conduct warm calls to potential customers to generate new sales leads
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a clear and compelling manner ```Experience```
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in technology sales
• Strong ability to make warm calls and effectively communicate with customers
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
