Job Description

Call Center / Sales Representative Tempe, AZ Job Responsibilities + Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls + Assist customers with product information, account questions, and sales inquiries + Build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities + Process orders, account updates, and customer requests accurately + Meet daily performance, sales, and customer service goals + Document customer interactions within internal systems + Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently + Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines + Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Qualifications + Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales goals + Basic computer and data entry skills + Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems + Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities + Reliable attendance and professionalism
Pay Details:
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
