Based in Woodland Hills, our team works closely with local businesses and customers to deliver reliable connectivity options while strengthening brand presence through strategic sales efforts. Our approach is centered on professionalism, clear communication, and consistent client-focused sales interactions. The Telecommunications Client Representative is a sales-focused role responsible for working directly with business clients and customers to introduce and deliver telecommunications solutions, including wireless, internet, and related services. This position involves face-to-face sales interactions, identifying client needs, presenting appropriate service options, and managing the full sales process from initial conversation through completion. Telecommunications Client Representatives are expected to maintain a high standard of service while consistently contributing to daily sales performance expectations.
Telecommunications Client Representative Responsibilities:
Engage in direct sales with business clients and customers to evaluate current services and identify opportunities Present and explain telecommunications products and services through a consultative sales approach Complete sales transactions, including new accounts, upgrades, and service enrollments Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and post-sale follow-up Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and completed transactions Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets set by leadership
Telecommunications Client Representative Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently handle sales conversations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple sales interactions and tasks Reliable, consistent, and motivated by achieving sales results Basic computer proficiency for processing sales orders and tracking activity
Pay:
$850.00 - $1,475.00 per week
