Frontier Customer Representative:

Prospect, qualify, and close new residential and small-business accounts for Frontier's range of internet, TV, and phone services. Engage with potential customers through residential, event-based, and other direct marketing campaigns. Conduct in-person consultations with customers to understand customer telecommunication needs and present tailored telecom solutions. Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on the benefits of Frontier's fiber-optic and broadband services. Manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract completion. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Frontier products, promotions, and services. Collaborate with Frontier Customer Representative team members to share best practices and achieve collective sales goals.
