Frontier Customer Representative:
Prospect, qualify, and close new residential and small-business accounts for Frontier's range of internet, TV, and phone services. Engage with potential customers through residential, event-based, and other direct marketing campaigns. Conduct in-person consultations with customers to understand customer telecommunication needs and present tailored telecom solutions. Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on the benefits of Frontier's fiber-optic and broadband services. Manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract completion. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Frontier products, promotions, and services. Collaborate with Frontier Customer Representative team members to share best practices and achieve collective sales goals. Frontier Customer Representative:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, sales or direct marketing beneficial but not required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic. Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges. An interest in the telecommunications industry and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
