Dynasty Employment Solutions is a growing staffing agency helping businesses find top talent. We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer / Sales Representative to join our team. If you have great phone etiquette, basic email or computer skills, and a willingness to learn, you'll thrive in this role!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to offer staffing solutions Communicate professionally and courteously over the phone Send basic follow-up emails and update records in our system Build relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs Learn and grow with the support of a friendly, collaborative team
Requirements:
Great phone etiquette and communication skills Basic email and computer knowledge Willingness to learn and take guidance Positive attitude and team player Why Join Us?
