Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and follow up with interested prospects Answer questions and explain products or services clearly Build rapport with potential customers over the phone Qualify leads and identify customer needs Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects when needed Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM Follow scripts, sales processes, and compliance guidelines Work with managers and team members to improve performance Meet daily and weekly activity goals

Qualifications:
