Account Manager

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and personalized service Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and nurture potential clients via warm calling strategies Strong ERP knowledge Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach and lead generation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently Leverage telemarketing techniques to expand the client base, utilizing inside sales tactics to maximize outreach effectiveness Experience Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales within a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully Strong ERP knowledge Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities through strategic outreach and customer engagement Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to growth, innovation, and delivering outstanding value to our clients!

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
