Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part-Time Telemarketer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our business reach through outbound calling, engaging potential clients with persuasive communication, and promoting our suite of solutions. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to our growth and success. Responsibilities Generate and maintain call lists by researching potential customers and target markets Make outbound calls to prospective customers using self-generated and provided lists Identify decision-makers and gather accurate contact information Present, promote, and explain products or services clearly and effectively Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Follow up on previous interactions and maintain ongoing customer relationships Accurately record call details and customer information in the system Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and performance targets Handle customer objections professionally and confidently Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions Qualifications Fluent in Korean and basic to intermediate proficiency in English required Previous telemarketing, sales, or lead generation experience preferred Strong research and data gathering skills Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Basic computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, online research tools) Good organizational and time management skills Join us as a Part-Time Telemarketer and be part of a vibrant team committed to driving growth through engaging conversations and strategic outreach!
