Daily Responsibilities and Tasks Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Manage and maintain leads and client interactions accurately in our CRM system Understand each client's tax challenges and present tailored solutions. Guide clients through our tax relief programs with empathy and expertise. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For Sales Experience:

At least 1+ year required (tax relief preferred; mortgage, debt, or financial services a plus).

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

Drive & Resilience:

Hungry for success in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM systems and managing leads effectively.

Coachability:

Open to learning and applying advanced sales strategies. Bilingual (Spanish): A strong plus. Compensation Base Pay + Commission Bonuses & Incentives (daily, weekly, and monthly opportunities)

First-Year Income Potential:

$60,000+ (top performers $250K+)
