WHAT
YOU'LL DO
Call warm leads only (people who already showed interest) Set quality appointments for our home improvement sales team Handle objections, and close for the appointment Update notes and follow-ups using our CRM Hit daily and weekly appointment goals
WHAT YOU'LL GET

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent on the phone (clear, confident, persuasive) A strong salesperson who knows how to close Money-driven and competitive Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and headsets
