Job Overview:
Harley-Davidson, the iconic motorcycle brand, is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by handling all inbound calls from potential clients. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Managing inbound internet and phone leads and effectively converting them to appointments Make outbound calls to prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team. Overcoming objections and demonstrating the ability to successfully bring customers into the dealership. Utilize telemarketing skills to effectively communicate with potential clients and negotiate meetings. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads and appointments. Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Make warm calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Use software to automate and streamline the sales process. Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience:
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and other sales software. Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience in warm calling and lead generation. Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
