In our first three months, we've partnered with 11 neurology and endocrinology clinics across 5 states to deliver care to over 5,000 patients at full capacity. We've stood up legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states. Our CEO, Tienlan, was sponsored by Masayoshi Son to do frontier health AI research at Berkeley. Role Generate and qualify pipeline as our founding BDR, owning top-of-funnel across specialty clinics nationwide. Be the first point of contact with providers, practice managers, and clinic administrators, booking qualified meetings for the sales team and shaping how we talk to the market. Operate with extreme independence, high volume, and relentless intensity. What You'll Do Run high-volume outbound across calls, email, and other channels to source qualified opportunities. Research target clinics and decision-makers, then craft outreach sharp enough to earn a reply from busy providers. Book and prep qualified meetings, then hand off cleanly to the sales team. Help build the outbound playbook from scratch, including messaging, sequences, targeting, and iterate fast on what's working. Keep meticulous records in the CRM so pipeline stays clean and reporting is accurate. Who You Are You have a track record of succeeding at hard things. That might be hitting outbound or quota targets in a previous role or building something from scratch. You're an exceptional communicator. You can get a busy practice manager on the phone, earn their attention fast, and explain something complex in a way that makes them want to take the next meeting. You are self-motivated and organized. You hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else would hold you to. You are humble, low-ego, and extremely competent. You're resilient. High-volume outreach means hearing "no" a lot. CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar) is nice-to-have.
