Enclave Med Spa is a fast-growing medical aesthetics brand with three locations across North County San Diego and Orange County, California. We offer a full suite of aesthetic and wellness services including injectables, body contouring, IV therapy, skin treatments, GLP-1/weight loss programs, and more. THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, people-first Appointment Setter to join our front desk team across our North County San Diego and Orange County locations.

Your primary job is simple:

take inbound and outbound leads, work them through our GoHighLevel sales funnel, and convert them into booked consultations in Zenoti. You'll handle sales calls, manage front desk communications, and be the first impression of Enclave for every potential client. If you're a natural communicator with a sales mindset who thrives on hitting targets — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Work all inbound and outbound leads through the GoHighLevel (GHL) sales funnel from first contact to booked consultation Make outbound sales calls to prospects, warm leads, and past clients to drive bookings Answer and manage all inbound calls, texts, and emails from potential and existing clients Convert leads into booked consultations confirmed in Zenoti (our scheduling software) Monitor and respond to all incoming messages on Enclave's Facebook and Instagram pages in a timely and on-brand manner Convert social media inquiries into leads and enter them into the GHL funnel Speak knowledgeably about Enclave's services and confidently answer questions about treatments, pricing, and what to expect Keep lead records, pipeline stages, and follow-up notes accurate and up to date in GoHighLevel Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads with targeted follow-up Meet or exceed weekly and monthly booking targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

Prior experience in sales, outbound calling, appointment setting, or front desk roles Comfortable and confident making outbound sales calls — this is a core part of the job Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — managing leads and moving them through a sales funnel Experience with Zenoti or ability to learn quickly — all confirmed bookings go into Zenoti Strong phone presence with professional, friendly, and persuasive communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable being held to booking metrics Ability to work both on-site at our clinic locations and remotely as needed Nice to

Have:

Prior experience using Zenoti in a med spa or wellness setting (big plus) Experience managing Facebook and Instagram DMs or comments for a business page Background in med spa, beauty, wellness, or healthcare Familiarity with treatments such as Botox, fillers, CoolSculpting, or IV therapy

COMPENSATION

Base Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Commission:

$12.00 per qualified consultation booked and confirmed in

Zenoti Performance Bonuses:

Available for consistently exceeding booking targets
